You'll find our classes are non-competitive and accessible to everyone, regardless of age, gender, flexibility or health status.  There are no registration fees or annual contracts - you may pay by the class or by the month.  We're located on the corner of Green and Seventh Street just three blocks west of 10th Avenue.
